Booking

A booking is confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp or by email with your date, pickup time and price. Please check the details and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Payment

• Day trips and activities: pay on the day, in cash (dirham, euro, pound or dollar) or by card payment link.
• Hot air balloon flights and multi-day tours: 30% deposit to confirm, balance on the day.

Cancellation by you

• Day trips and activities: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Balloon flights and multi-day tours: deposit refunded in full up to 48 hours before departure. Later cancellations lose the deposit.
• No-shows at pickup are charged the full price for prepaid services only.

Cancellation by us

If weather or safety conditions force us to cancel (for example wind on balloon days, snow on mountain roads), you choose another date or a full refund of anything you paid.

Children

Children under 12 pay a reduced price on most tours. Minimum ages apply for balloon flights (6) and driving a quad (16).

Health and safety

Please tell us about medical conditions, pregnancy or reduced mobility when booking so we can advise. Follow the instructions of drivers, guides and pilots at all times. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
